We accept returns or replacements only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you receive a product that meets any of these conditions, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at medihubg@gmail.com or calling 7976573572 . To process your request efficiently, kindly provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed, our team will assess the issue and guide you through the return process. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a pickup of the defective item or ask you to send it back to our Udaipur address. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, we will either provide a replacement of the same product or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Please note that shipping or handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These may include consumables, sterilized equipment, items customized for specific requirements, or products that have been used or installed. Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized service will also not be covered under this policy.
In cases where replacement products are unavailable, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Medihub Gallery Company reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
