To process your request efficiently, kindly provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will assess the issue and guide you through the return process. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a pickup of the defective item or ask you to send it back to our Udaipur address. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return request.
