1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team via 7976573572 or medihubg@gmail.com
Once your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions
3. Custom or Special Order Items
Custom or special order medical equipment including any items specifically manufactured or ordered for you may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a special order and we will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the manufacturing or shipping process.
4. Restocking Fees
For certain products that are returned after shipping a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or cancellation.
